Apartment with a dinette kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom (both shower and bath). One room has 1 double bed (180x190), the other one has 1 double bed (or twin beds 80x190) and a single bed (80x190). All windows are double glazed, and all have mosquito net.

Minimum stay 1 week and change over everyday: if you stay for less, we're sorry to ask you the same price of 7 nights... or, if available, we could offer accommodation in our bed & breakfast.
Compulsory charge: final cleaning 40€
Rate includes: local taxes, fees such as water, electricity and gas for cooking, cleaning on arrival, car parking in the garden, free WiFi
TOURIST TAX 1.50 €: the tax is due p/person, p/night, up to 7 consecutives nights. Children under 10 years of age don't pay for the tax.
EXTRA:
Heating & electricity (from 22nd October to 7th April): depending on consumption. Heating about 3,50€ p/mc, electricity about 0,70€ p/kwh (rates depend on the last invoice)
Late check out (by 3pm): 35€

TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHECK IN: from 5pm to 7pm (pls ask in advance for different check in and always send a txt if you're late or early so that someone can be at home at your arrival) CHECK-IN AFTER 8pm NOT AVAILABLE
CHECK OUT: by 10am
RESERVATION: to book, please send an email, with your personal data, asking to confirm the availability.
When the reservation is confirmed there are 3 working days to pay for the deposit and return the contract signed: after that, the reservation is cancelled.
PAYMENT: deposit: 30% Euro by bank tranfer. Balance: 70% cash upon arrival (or, if you prefer, by bank tranfer 1 week before arrival. Please ask for this method when booking).
It's possible to pay in advance with credit card by PAYPAL but 4% admin fees will be required in this case.
DEPOSIT: a security deposit of €100 is required. This must be paid cash upon arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable prior to departure if no dameges occured.
CANCELLATION Policy:
A 30 day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty: deposit will be refunded less admin fees.
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
- Cancellations or changes made within 30 and 20 days of the arrival date, penalty of 30%.
- Cancellations or changes made within 19 and 10 days of the arrival date, penalty of 75%.
- Cancellations or changes made within 9 and 0 days of the arrival date, penalty of 100%.
You are advised to get insurance to cover your losses.
